Reedsburg, WI - Addison partnered with a repeat roll form producer in the automotive industry to design and manufacture (9) AM-3000 raft assemblies, custom to their production line needs.
Here are some of the features:
- Inboard and outboard stands are the same except for the four-bolt vs the two-bolt foot mounting.
- Each bearing housing is equipped with a contact seal on the tooling side, preventing bearing, grease from roll-forming lubricant contamination. The other side of the bearing housing is equipped with a non-contact seal allowing for grease overflow.
- Elevating rod is precisely fitted with the stand cap to minimize the adjustment backlash.
- Elevating rod retainer allows for easy installation of load sensors. (Industry 4.0-ready)
- Each stand cap is equipped with the SPC port controlling top shaft position.
- Each stand has a provision for custom self-aligning gears creating option for top shafts drive.
