My father, Walter Brunken, founded Addison Machine Engineering Inc. with a vision—to design and build the best tube mills and mill components in the industry. In 1965, he opened the shop in Addison, Illinois, to make that vision a reality. Working in the shop along side our father, my brother Ron and I learned hands-on how to design and manufacture mills from the ground up…what works, what doesn’t, what customers need and expect from our equipment. He also instilled in us the values of uncompromising quality, knowledgeable service, and superior performance.

Still a family-owned business, we’ve passed down those values to the next generation. You’ll see those values represented in every Addison product—products built to last for generations of reliable service. We believe in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our customers, some of who have been with us since the company began. And in continuing service after the sale to achieve and maintain peak productivity, train operators, reduce downtime, evaluate maintenance schedules, and expedite regrinds and reconditioning.

Over the years, Addison has grown to become a national and international provider to the tube and pipe industry. We’re large enough to meet the needs of our customers, yet small enough to remain personally involved with each customer and each order. Our line of tube mill, roll form, and steel industries products is unmatched.

Talk with us today about how we can put three generations of Addison know how to work for you.
